Roger Rojas, President

Roger has been involved in South Florida real estate for more than thirty years in South Florida. His experience encompasses residential and commercial sales, property management, and leasing. In addition, Roger leases his own property and has been a landlord for over twenty years.

Roger has also worked in the hospitality industry for more than five years at the prestigious Sundy House Resort in Delray Beach, Florida. Roger contributed to the success of this historical landmark by acting as restaurant manager, hotel manager, public relations manager and community relations leader.

Roger acted as Project Manager for Dharma Group where he oversaw major construction projects. Roger's thorough knowledge of the building industry has enabled him to manage his clients' renovation projects in a cost effective manner.

In addition to his real estate and hospitality background, Roger has been auctioning fine art and antiques for private owners for more than twenty years. He has built relationships with Sotheby's and Christy's and is experienced in auctioning priceless items. As a licensed realtor associate, business owner and community leader, Roger appreciates the importance of providing exceptional services to his clients.

Roger, having been an owner of multiple homes in Delray Beach for many years is familiar with the needs, distance constraints, and challenges associated with second home ownership and busy lifestyles.

He understands that most absentee homeowners are not equipped to handle emergencies or to oversee repairs. As a result, he created Estate Management of Florida and has used his professional and personal experience to satisfy a growing need for the absentee homeowner in South Florida.

Lastly, Roger understands the importance of community service. He is an active member and volunteer at Boca Church of All Nations and supports several Judeo-Christian charities.
